I have try many way to control it but the illness still there. aluminum chlorohydrate (deodotants just has 16%) => not working Surgery => not working Use many different deodotants => not working You are the last evolution for me. Dear, I cannot suggest aluminum chlorohydrate (antiperspirants) in case of bromhidrosis. The aluminum salts only block the eccrine sweat glands (the glands that produce water and salts), but not the apocrine sweat glands. These are situated much deeper in the skin and open up into the hair shaft. The aluminum salts cannot form a precipitation in the apocrine sweat pores. It is the apocrine sweat together with the bacteria that create the malodor. For now, there is no real solution, but we are working on it. Please know that you are not alone. There is always hope.
