Q&AStorage?

Hi dr, probiotics suplemen have been trending recently because of the beneficial aspects of the bacteria in the stomach to the skin and brain axis, but the problem is some doctors say that the probiotic supplement won't work because the biotic is not alive or something so the supplement won't be of any benefit, because acquiring and preserving the living bacteria is not easy. So my question is regarding the probiotic spray, is there a specific condition to store it so the bacteria won't be damaged? Do you have to put it in the fridge? Will long delivery damaged the bacteria because of hot temperature?
