I find that eating spinach everyday helps in reducing my chronic body odor, also reducing the amount of rice/bread you're eating also helps reduce the sweat

Hi, very good point. Our diet is already very rich in carbohydrates, and limiting the amount of carbohydrate uptake can lead to a better hormonal balance, and thus better sweat profile. Particularly in the morning, it is a good idea to ban too much sugars. Breakfast cereals are the worst choice imo. Spinach is full of healthy nutrients (including vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, folate, and potassium) and is good for the overall health. This in it self can lead to less stress and less apocrine sweat production. Our research also showed a big impact of the gut/skin axis. Best, Chris
