Unfortunately, any kind of antiseptic regardless of it's composition will always have adverse effects on the underarm microbiome. In short, antiseptics are only short term solutions that don't fix the root of the problem and can even make the problem worse. But most people are left with no choice but to keep using these short-term and relatively cheap solutions.
