what's the best PH value for making it unsuitable for bacteria to multiply and that's good for the arm pit (no reaction)?

Hi Bram, or very sour or very alkaline. But those conditions will cause irritation/rash (or even worse) to the skin, so it is not advisable. And even in those extreme conditions, some bacteria can still grow! It is generally a futile idea to "kill" all bacteria, they are stronger than us, humans. It is better to focus on the "good bacteria", rather than trying to eliminate all bacteria. Best, Chris
