Dear, thank you for your question. Apocrine sweat glands only occur in the armpit, anogenital region, eyebrows, ear canal and nipples. Due to the closed environment, the armpit and the genital region can be prone to anaerobic and malodorous bacteria, which convert the apocrine secretions into unpleasant odorous compounds. Not your fault, but the fault of the presence of the 'wrong' kind of bacteria.
