Odor changed after laser

Hello, 
I had two laser treatment at home, this is the first time I use laser on my body, I used Philips lumea.
I noticed bad smell coming from my armpit, it was shocking ! I’m consider as a light sweat person and I only used natural deodorant. Now i stink and i don't know what to do. Please help me . Should i stop using it ? Will the smell go after i done all of  my treatments?
