Non-Family Member Transplant

Hello, Dr. Callewaert! 

Must the transplant donor be a relative, or may it be a non-family member? My father did not have B.O. at all, however, my mother did. Both of my parents have transitioned. My sister, unfortunately, has the same problem I have. I also have earwax as thin as water.😋I heard there was a correlation between wet earwax and B.O. I have a friend who would be happy to be my donor. Thank you for your time! Wendy from Texas
