Hi Hans, it's very antibacterial, so it will kill -all- underarm bacteria. A fast and immediate win. But the problem is which bacteria come back, and it's usually not the good ones. It can worsen the problem in the long run. Generally it creates some sort of dependency. So only use it when you really need to. Best, Chris
