As you are saying i think diet does have an effect on underarm odor. Like i said, this problem started for me when i gained a lot of weight. I was also eating fast food and meat pretty frequently. Since then i lost all the extra weight and now i'm in good shape but problem has persisted. Now i rarely eat fast food and meat once or twice a week. Odor gradually got worse

Indeed, diet has an important impact on health and underarm odor production. Underarm malodor can even be a sign for underlying health conditions. A healthy diet is important to maintain a good health and avoid body odor. A diet high in fruits and vegetables, which are rich in antioxidants and rich in vitamins and essential elements, can help to reduce body odor. Best, Chris
