How to keep the good microbiome?
Once you have shifted the microbiome from bad to good smelling bacteria, what steps should you take to protect it? My diet is generally healthy. I notice my body doesn’t respond well to pork so i don’t eat that, maybe once or twice a year. I noticed that when I eat pork I sweat a lot and smell worse so I avoid that. Other than that I don’t eat anything that makes me feel bad, I’m in great shape, I exercise a lot, stress is nonexistent, will the good microbes stay there forever? I keep wearing cotton shirts and they don’t seem to smell bad but I may be nose-blind to my own smell so I’m not really sure, can I keep them or should I buy new ones? Should I throw away clothes that aren’t made from cotton? Also should I change my old bed sheets and buy new ones? What steps do you recommend?
