Why is it that the first time I ever put on a shirt (it’s brand new) and I swear - EVEN WITHOUT DEODORANT - I do not smell? But when I put on the same shirt a week later, after having been washed, I smell really bad? I’ve noticed if I don’t wear clothes long enough, it gets back to “BRAND NEW” status - meaning, I won’t smell at all, deo or no deo. Could it be that bacteria live on clothes for a short while even after washing and exacerbate the problem?
