Hi, thanks for reaching out. You can simply use water to dissolve the probiotics. Water (tap or bottled water) also contains bacteria, but far less than what is added as powder. So the added probiotics will immediately outcompete the existing microbiome. The problem however with conventional probiotics is the fact that it is made for nutritional purposes. Lactobacillus or Bacillus will not have an effect on skin. But it is always worth the try! Best, Chris
