creases of skin - Doctor Armpit

Over the last few months, I’ve developed a painful itch under one armpit. I looked one day and in there’s like sore, raw and chafed skin in two creases and it’s only getting worse. I haven’t changed soap/deodorant and I bathe daily/regularly. How can I rid this?

Hi, this sounds like a Staph aureus infection. Please consult a doctor. She/he will likely prescribe some antibiotics for a period of time, to kill those pathogens. But it is important that a doctor sees what is going on; it is difficult to tell from 3 lines of text. Best, Chris
