Corynebacterium skin infections?

Hi,
I\\\'m looking forward to your deodorant! I\\\'m suffering from several corynebacterium skin infections (pitted keratolysis on my feet ; erythrasma and trichomycosis pubis/axillaris). Is there a link with diet? Any tips on what to do?
