Dear, I think we have made a lot of progress in the decade that I have been researching the problem. Results are the many papers I have published, the patents we have obtained, the clinical trials we have run, the optimizations and iterations we have made, and even this website that contains many tips and tricks. Science is taking time. Many people start a company with a shear idea, and no science backing it up. We have been working non-stop on this problem and other skin-related problems, as well as finding, testing and optimizing solutions. I am glad with what has been obtained at this moment. I know you are eager to try things yourself, and I'm working on it. I would love for it to go faster as well. But please be patient as we build on solutions. Many good things are coming! Best, Chris
