My armpits started smelling bad about 2 years ago I'm 41. Everything I've tried hasn't worked. I've been to the dermatologist and nothing works. I've tried all kind or deodorant even natural deodorant. I was about 3 times a day to keep the smell away still nothing. Any suggestions
